Endurance Lift Solutions delivers superior quality sucker rods to meet your rod lift requirements. Each rod type addresses a wide range of loads while providing resistance to corrosive environments. All rods meet API 11B standards, and each of our sucker and pony rods are manufactured with cold rolled threads.

Steel Sucker Rod Quench and Temper Process

Q&T rods have an average 20% higher yield strength than N&T rods with an equivalent ultimate tensile strength. The higher yield strength of Endurance Lift Solutions rods give an application advantage in lifting loads, allowing for better taper string designs with lower rod string weight. Quench and tempering results in finer grain structure enhancing both the impact and fatigue resistance of the rod.

• Quenched and tempered rods offer exceptional value whether producing in low or high volume wells, with or without corrosion
• Q79 – An alloy D grade rod for corrosive wells and higher loads than normal D grade rods can handle
• Q87 – A special D grade rod for heavy loads in corrosive wells where fluids are inhibited against corrosion
• Q88 – A special H grade rod for wells with expected extra heavy loads and well fluids are inhibited against corrosion
• Available in sizes from 5/8″ to 1 1/8″ diameter and 25′ and 30′ lengths
• Quench and tempered steel with a yield strength to tensile strength ratio or 0.90 – 0.94
• Cold rolled threads for proven reliability
• API grade C, K, and D-Carbon available by special order
